Heavy Winds have brought down lots of branches. If you venture out on a winter hike please help out by removing any debris to the side of the trail.
Skiing - no longer possible
Snowshoeing - No snowshoeing at this time
Winter Hiking and Walking - The lower section of Lynx trail has now dried out and it is one of the best trails to hike. Patches of snow exist on the ski trails and frost is coming out of the ground. Please stay on the sides of ski trail and don't step in frost holes which tend to be in the middle of these trails. Also no mountain biking until mid-April.
Wildlife and Plants - Chipmunks are out! Hairy woodpeckers have been active all over the hill.
